Hey there. You know, I don't think that there's so much to explain about this. In fact, I think that it's quite easy to understand, since it's basically pure 'common-sense', but hey, since you're still asking about it, I'll glad to try to explain it to you:
It's not like people are 'treating like shit' your animation test for no reason. If there's people doing that, then it must be a reason behind it, and in this case (and don't take it too personal, because it's the truth, after all), I think that it's quite obvious: the content you submitted isn't of 'good quality', and due to that, it's getting 'worse' support than you could expect about it. Also, being a 'beginner' isn't an excuse for anybody: if you make content that isn't of good quality, there's no way that you can get a good amount of support from it. We here, at Newgrounds, critique the content of the users of the community by their quality, and in case that it's low, well... you already know what should happen. And that's exactly* what have just happened to you.
So... yeah, for 'next time', if you want to recieve 'good scores' and 'good feedback' (or, at least, more 'constructive' feedback), then you will have to create content of better quality. Continue working hard to improve your 'animator-skills', and you'll see how this 'whole situation' will turn 'for the better' for you.
